Timothy Creedon III was born, raised and resides in Ottawa, Illinois. He is the father of two sons and two step daughters and proud grandfather of four. Tim is a member of St. Columba Catholic Church, Ottawa Elk Lodge #588 (Past Exalted Ruler), Ottawa Township School board member and avid golfer.

Tim completed his law studies at Creighton University, passed his Illinois Bar Exam (1st Attempt) and was admitted to practice in 1977.

Tim started his law career working with many other attorneys at various Ottawa locations in the general practice of law. After more than two decades of handling family , municipal, real estate and probate law, he became a sole practicioner centralizing his practice in real estate and probate matters.

Tim and Sandra Stoudt , for the past decade, have focused their attention on all your real estate needs, including residential and commercial real estate, contract preparation/review, title preparation/examination, and, of course, transaction closings.
